How access works

Complete this request. It does not give you access.
You will be shown a private link for sending supporting evidence securely. This is where an accountant’s certificate goes, where one applies.
Golden Integrity or Opheleo Holdings reviews your request. Requests stay pending until a person approves them.
If approved, you receive your own login. Access is then reviewed again when your approval ends or your circumstances change.

A declaration alone does not establish eligibility. The acknowledgement box below is an extra statement from you. It is not what approves a request, and no request is approved automatically.

Please do not email certificates, identity documents or financial records to us. Send them only through the secure upload link you are given after this request.

Individual: net assets or gross income test: For an individual relying on the net assets or gross income test. This route is normally supported by an accountant's certificate.

Professional investor: For a person or entity that says it is a professional investor.

Company, trust or other entity: wholesale basis: For a company, trust, self-managed superannuation fund or other entity relying on a wholesale basis available to entities.

Relevant investment experience (section 761GA): For a person relying on relevant investment experience. This route cannot be approved by a reviewer alone. It is referred to Opheleo Holdings for a licensee assessment, written reasons and the prescribed signed acknowledgement.

Other basis (please explain): For any other basis. Explain it in the box provided. A reviewer decides whether it can be accepted.
